Good ol' nightmarish creatures
Like animals? Especially rare and bizarre ones? If so, I recommend you check out Cracked.com's 13 Real Animals Lifted Directly Out of Your Nightmares. The animals are fascinating, and David Dietle's descriptions are pretty funny (I especially like the first paragraph for the hatchetfish).
