Mind if I pet your kid?
You don't just say "Oh what a cute baby!" and reach into a stroller. Learned that one the hard way.
There must be pet owners who aren't okay with this fondling free-for-all. Maybe they're the ones walking their dogs at night. And training them to growl at strangers.
